Information We Collect
When you use NumeroLogic, we collect the information you voluntarily provide: your full name (or the name you enter for analysis), date of birth, and email address. For address analyses, we collect the property address you submit. We do not collect payment information directly — billing is handled by our payment processor.
How We Use Your Information
Your name and date of birth are used exclusively to calculate your numerology numbers and generate your personalized report. Your email address is used to (1) deliver your paid PDF report if you purchase one, and (2) send you occasional communications about your reading and NumeroLogic features. You can unsubscribe from communications at any time.
Data Storage
Your data is stored in Cloudflare D1, a globally distributed edge database. All data is encrypted at rest. We retain your information for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide services. You may request deletion of your data at any time by contacting us.
Free Access Model
The free tier of NumeroLogic unlocks selected sections in exchange for your email address. We use that email to deliver your reading context, follow up about your report, and offer an upgrade path to premium products. Paid plans do not introduce third-party advertising.
Third-Party Services
We use the following third-party services: Cloudflare (hosting and edge computing), Amazon SES (email delivery for paid PDF reports), Stripe (checkout, billing, and webhooks), and an OpenAI-compatible language model provider for premium narrative generation. Each service operates under its own privacy policy.
Your Rights
You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, contact us at privacy@numerologic.app. For email unsubscription, use the link at the bottom of any email or visit our unsubscribe page. We comply with applicable data protection regulations including GDPR and CAN-SPAM.
